Post breakfast take a day tour of Kalimpong, visit Deolo Hill, Hanuman Mandir - dedicated to Lord Hanuman. Lord Hanuman features a 30 feet high statue of Lord Hanuman which is the largest one in Northeast India. Also visit Forest Museum (closed on Thursdays), Durpin Monastery - an important religious center, built in 1972, Mangaldham – a sprawling hindu temple complex , Pine View Nursery – rare and vast collection of Cactus plants can be seen there and Dr. Graham Homes. Evening free to take a leisure walk in nurseries or shop in local markets.

Post breakfast check out from hotel & proceed to Gangtok by drive (2.5hrs. approx.).  Gangtok –the capital city of Sikkim, perched in the northern part of Sikkim bounded by lush green Shivalik hills. It is a prominent center of Tibetan Buddhist culture and learning, houses a number monasteries in every corner of the city.

Reach by afternoon, check in at hotel & stay relax for couple of hours.  Afternoon take a city tour of Gangtok visit includes  Directorate of Handicrafts and Handloom, Enchey Monastery- is believed to be 200 years old and was established by Lama Drupthob Karpo., Research Institute of Tibetology, Do Drul Chorten – it is a renowned stupa  which was built in the year 1945, White Hall, and Flower Hall.  Now return to hotel.  Evening free for own activities or just roam around the shopping center or local markets.

Post breakfast embark on sightseeing tour of Gangtok in & around. Take an excursion trip to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir. Tsomgo Lake located in eastern part of Sikkim, at an altitude of around 12400ft. It is a sacred lake devoted by Hindu & Buddhist pilgrims. Now head towards Baba Mandir – it is a sacred shrine that was built in memory of an Indian army soldier. Return back to hotel. Overnight at hotel in Gangtok.

Post breakfast checkout from hotel and embark on road journey to Darjeeling (4hrs. approx.). Darjeeling the most beautiful hill station that is blessed with picturesque spots and unscathed beauty of nature. It has great degree of diversity, offering many tourist attractions to its visitors, it is gifted with an appealing natural beauty. There are numberous Buddhist monasteries all over the town, so it is best understood that this region has great inclination towards Buddhism. On arrival check in at hotel. Evening free for own activities or just road around the local markest. Overnight at hotel in Darjeeling.

Wake up early morning and get a drive to Tiger Hill which  is one of the most popular attractions in Darjeeling, the hill is renowned for offering a breathtaking sunrise. The main attraction is Mt. Kanchenjunga, as it turns golden with rising sun rays. Tiger Hill is the highest peak in Darjeeling at an  altitude of 8400 feet (approx.). Now proceed back to hotel enroute you will find Ghoom Monastery. You can also enjoy a joy ride on toy train, it is famous for its World Heritage, during the ride you will visit Batasia Loop and War Memorial.  Now return back to hotel for breakfast.  Now time to visit more attractions in Darjeeling, visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Padmaju Naidu National Park, Tenzing Gumpo Rock, Ropeway, Peace Pagoda, Tea Estate and Natural History museum.  Transfer back to hotel.

Post breakfast enjoy an excurstion trip to Mirik (2hrs. approx. one way).

The drive is through scenic roads with occasional stoppage for photography. Mirik is cantered round Samendu Lake and is known for its landscaped Gardens, Tea Gardens, Orange Orchards, Cardamom Groves and spectacular views of the Himalayan ranges.  Enjoy your day at Mirik Lake (Horse riding and Boating – on direct payment). This high altitude Lake is worth visiting.  One can also visit Pashupati Market in Nepal on the way back to Darjeeling.

Post breakfast leave for Bagdogra or Railway station (New Jalpaiguri Railway Station) to board the flight / train for onwards journey.
